       Cindy has been in the real estate industry for 25 years beginning by receiving her real estate sales license in Texas.  She is currently an Alabama Associate Broker with Fox Realty, Inc.  Her experience in the San Francisco, Houston, and Birmingham markets include commercial, residential, resale property managment, apartment management/leasing, and new construction. In 2006 she sold ten million in only four months and realized she had an above normal ability to satisfy buyers. At that point, she decided to take her education ten levels higher by acquiring the Member, Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation, which teaches the importance of creating an in-depth study of the real estate markets. Even though she was told by her peers, that achieving the MIRM would be difficult and virtually impossible, she rose to the challenge and achieved the designation.

       Past accomplishments: President for Springville Chamber of Commerce, President of 50+ Housing Council thru Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders, Big Sister for Big Brothers/Sisters, Family Facilitator with National Association for the Mentally Ill (NAMI), Court Appointed Representative for Abused Children (CASA), Board Member and Counselor for Safe a Life, Board Member for Alabama Coilition for Culture Change (ACCC).
